Instructions:

Bath - Add up to 20 drops to the water in your bath (Up to 50 bath applications)
Massage - Add 4-8 drops to 2 tablespoonfuls of Sweet Almond Oil

Lime with its reputation for energising the mind and body is combined with the muscle soothing and comforting character of Ginger and Cinnamon. The blend is finished with Cedarwood and Echinacea for protection and strength.

Mood Relief Balm
